Usage data: We may collect anonymized, non-identifiable usage data (such as page views and feature usage) to improve our service. This data cannot be linked back to you.

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI letter generation (inputs are not stored by these providers under our API agreements)
• Vercel / Railway — hosting infrastructure

AppealRx is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA. While we take the privacy of health-related information seriously and do not store your medical data, users should be aware that AppealRx does not provide HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). For highly sensitive medical matters, consult a licensed healthcare attorney or advocate.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for the service to function (such as session and payment redirect handling). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights
